I doodle a lotta headcanon stuff all the time, and I have a lotta NiD headcanons. I swear, 50% of my time in a fandom is spent making headcanons.This is based on a headcanon of mine that complex and powerful Nightmaren (like NiGHTS and Reala) grow and develop after they are hatched. This not to say they have an age, but they will change with the passage of time, visitors, and experience.
I also have a headcanon that NiGHTS was supposed to look near identical to Reala, but something happened in their development, and so they came out “imperfect, but useful” (just like what my family calls me). I had NiGHTS' simplified designed resemble Reala's for this specific headcanon.
There'll be more to come when I get to drawing it, and I assure you there'll be a lotta drawings.
