Description
This is a picture I did back in 2012 of Fiona, Mary's (My dad's girlfriend) dog Fiona. I think it was kind of the first time I used oil pastels specifically. I used the chalk pastels back in high school although at the time I didn't like using those that much. I found that so far I'm better at doing busts like this rather than full body pictures since I can fit in more details and make them more realistic. I didn't add a background since, At the time, I wasn't sure about adding one and I wasn't comfortable about doing it since I was afraid I would ruin the picture. This picture is currently framed and hanging in Mary's house.
