History:

Lowkey was born on Cybertron before the war, during her young days things were good, she had a brother and loving creators. All that changed however when there was a terrorist attack in the complex where her and her family lived. Her parents were found dead but her brother was never found. Lowkey then went to live with relatives, the memories of that day would forever linger though, as any traumatic event like that would.

Close to the beginning of the war, Lowkey was studying medicine and medical science among other things. Megatron was interested in her capabilities and knowledge, since she had won countless awards in innovative ways to treat the sick and injured. Megatron planned to use her knowledge of diseases and Cybertronian anatomy for evil. Lowkey refused to work with the Decepticons when they rose to power, and so Megatron had his troops kidnap her and torture her. When she was broken she began to work for the Decepticons. After the end of the war she regained her freedom and went to the Autobots. Stormester Prime imprisoned Lowkey, although Stormester had offered amnesty to most Decepticons so that peace might finally be had on Cybertron, high ranking officers were still to be imprisoned and punished.

Lowkey pleaded for a chance to prove she was under duress while working for the Decepticons. To Stormester Prime something about Lowkey didn't quite fit the usual Decepticon personality, but maybe it was just an act. The cortical psychic patch was a technique invented by Shockwave, outlawed by Autobots. However, Stormester wanted to give Lowkey a final chance, if she truly was innocent, punishing her would be unjust. Ratchet had studied the procedure during the war and knew exactly how to perform it. Ratchet performed the patch and Stormester entered Lowkey's mind, the truth was swiftly revealed and Lowkey was allowed to join the Autobots , becoming a most valuable asset to the team.
