Heyo , i have been getting into kidcore more recently (kidcore is neon/eye bleeding colors) and i wanted to make a stress relief oc so here he is !Sorry if hes too bright i just wanted a character so neon XD i love him so much already though
i also would have saved transparent but i didnt feel like coloring his shrt white so i saved as a non transparent png
