I wanted to do a speed paint of the sky but I wasn't quite sure what time of day to pick....So I blended them all together.
Took me about an hour and a half.

I don't even know how to start lol I always either cell or soft shade with bold colours I can't really blend them nicely to create 'special effects' similar like yours
Maybe I'll look at some tutorials when I have free time haha
