I sit there, as the clouds cradle me.
He glances and glares, so sympathetically.
''Don't be afraid. Don't be alarmed''
He smiles graciously, holding out his arms.

He's been hurt, he's been wounded but still he smiles.
He speaks with elegance, so softly even though he's died.
I lift an eyebrow, in confusion to why he's so cool.
But his smile was still as bright as the crescent moon.

As I watched him beam in the open darkness.
He approached me so steadily and avoided my madness.
He nodded at me, and lifted his hand and placed it by my chest.
He looked at the three indents and put my pain to rest.

The star studded sky, looked down in endorsement.
The lights dimly glowed from anticipation from a distant.
His cloak swished and swayed and danced with the wind.
He let go of me, and I watched him whisk away as he fades.

A song echoes through the tune of the silent night.
''You don't belong here yet, dancestor. Live and fight.''
''I'll always be with you, wherever you'll go.''
''Make this world at peace, for me, once more.''

The clouds quietened down, and it was all hushed.
I woke up on the ground, and felt my heartbeat rush.
I knew what I had to do, for the importance of this game.
The Signless gave me life, and now I'm back again.

That poem took longer than expected.
No wonder why I failed (am going to) at English.
I got stuck on what to rhyme with moon, omg XD

Sadstuck for the update (only now I found out he didn't die.)
Karkat is seated on top of the cliff, in the star lit landscape.
Signless decided to let him live but he just wanted to talk with his dancestor.
