i love it, Cobalion's body looks like it has aura-powered steel armor, but how is Cobalion's Sacred Sword gonna form somewhere?, maybe its two spiraling horns would become two aura-based energy swords that are flexible.
Cobalion is said to have a will of iron, he, along with the other Swords of Justice keep traveling the world (at ultra-high speeds) to protect endangered Pokemon.

Probably the same way the normal one does I would assume, like out of the forehead. If you wanna get creative it could also form in between the horns if you wanna. Whatever you interpret is fine with me. c:
