more headcanon: as Wooloo and Dubwool are distantly related to the Mareep line, they technically have a few electricity-based abilities albeit they can only paralyze enemies with literal stun bolts, not killing them nor causing destruction, Dubwool can generate a miniature black cloud-like wool that floats above Dubwool, which launches long-range "electric stun bolts" to paralyze foes, which also gives them a tranquilizing aftereffect.

Wooloo has a notable curly fleece that works like an effective cushion, to the point that a Wooloo falling off a cliff would not be harmed, they can roll away when threatened by enemies, these sheeps don't like conflict.
as Dubwool it's fleece is much more durable and springy, while his horns are mostly used for impressing females, it can still attack with it's fangs, notably Dubwool can telekinetically generate an orb of energized fleece in the shape of a football, which can bounce and knock out any foes.

Just when I thought Wooloo couldn’t get any cuter but then you managed to make Wooloo even cuter and managed to make Dubwool just as cute.
