Description

Since I played the game early 2018 I have wanted to cosplay Monika. Since I'm currently writing my master's thesis (or should be writing ) I made this cosplay as a quick and easy project. The most challenging part was the blazer - I sewed it from scratch using a Burda sewing pattern. I'm not 100% happy with the fit (shoulder area is a tad too wide), but it's okay for my first blazer (it even has blue lining to match the skirt!).

I love wearing this costume - I anticipated wig-related problems because the pony tail is so long and heavy, but the three wig clips that I have sewed to the inside of the hairline really hold it in place.

And remember: JUST MONIKA.
