We got them from match wigs! It's this wig: matchwigs.com/buy-cosplay-wigs… which I then style and cut for meme-chan haha

Hey, OP here!
We got the dresses off of eBay but unfortunately the people who made them don't sell them anymore They were called "Womens Belted Sleeveless Flared Franki Short Party Ladies Skater Dress Top" you might be able to find one similar, but after that we just sewed on some light yellow trim and ruffles from Joann fabrics!
