<3 <3 <3 I am SO enamored by your bending videos!! Is there a chance you'll share your secret with me? One Korra to another? :3 I totes understand if it is your special secret ^_~ I bought belly dancing fans that look like water and don't seem as efficient as what you have made.

Also,......your hair loopies....those aren't thread spools are they? Because if they are.....how do you get your hair through them??

LASTLY, how do you keep your pony tail up and defying gravity? O.o Do you take a thread and tie it from the upper end of the ponytail loopy to the like...top center of the wig? If that is a wig? It looks so natural on you!!

I'd love to help, and I will actually be making a guide of sorts on the bending! Unfortunately, it probably won't be up until after my semester is over just because I have no time to make one due to classes /: but there will for sure be a guide!

My hair things are indeed thread spools! Keep in mind I use my real hair. It just seemed like too much work for me to get a wig and try to figure out how to get it to look natural and to stay up so I just used my real hair. I'm afraid I can't give you a great answer on the wig problem other than suggesting that you look for a ponytail wig or get a short wig and weft a ponytail onto it /: But for the hair spools and the ponytail, I typed up an answer on tumblr so I'm just going to copy and paste here (:
"I get them on through sheer force haha. It's a huge hassle (it can take an hour if it’s your first time putting them on) and it can be painful. It’s tricky to get them on by myself so Alicia usually helps me, but recently after much practice I can put them on by myself alright. You separate your hair into 3 sections and you twist each of them as thin as possible and make sure there are no stray hairs (tricky). Then you feed them through the spools and as you feed them through, twist the spools in the direction that you twisted your hair. As you get closer to the scalp it will be more difficult to thread them through and you sort of just have to force twist it on, which is the potentially painful part. If you have too much hair to fit in one of the spools, just take some hair out and leave it. You can just bobby pin the hair flat around your ponytail later."
^^^^ The key to keeping the ponytail up is structure and the bobby pins, because the loose hair acts as a support to keep the ponytail up!
