Chii!Now, while I didnt actually make this dress I did style the wig and I did make the ears and the tassels.
For the wig I ordered a loooong blond wig online for $80.00 with no bangs or porior styling.
I cut the bangs in to the right length and pulled two strands to the front.
I made the ears and tassles out of styrafome and hot glue....... lots and lots of hot glue and I glued the tassles on the the strands up front.
As you may be able to see I cliped the ears to my head useing hair clips.
The cosplay was premeird at Katsukon 2010
