Get these on Etsy! [link]Since Chuck Huber would be at Anime Banzai 2011, I worked extra hard on getting Hiei working. (I had tried to draw him many times before, and could never quite get him right.) Well, plus I owed ~Ekusas Hiei since forever ago...
His hair... I made the bang thingies way too hard to cut! >_<
