Infancy: Velvet was a very playful and engernic youg filly who would always bounce around and talk to all the kids. She was always shy around abult ponies though, and would hide behind her parents when she didn't know the person, or they weren't family. She was put in daycare as a child and was normally not a problem and wouldn't get in trouble. She was quite messy though, and would always throw things around and spill stuff when trying to help her mom cook or bake.
Childhood: Velvet was more awkward as a filly in school and was thought of as weird by most of the students. She was too oblvious to take notice to it though, and would still try and talk to them all no matter if they thought of her as a joke or not. She had rumors spread around about her that she didn't know about for the longest time, and when she found out she'd be embareessed and cry. She was not the best in school either, especially reading class. She had to go get extra help back then. She was always close to her mom and loved her dearly. She loved her dad just as much, it was only broken whenever she'd come home with homework. Her father would always try to help her, but didn't have the patience for how slow she learned then, and would always end up yelling at her till her mom got home. Around the age of 9 or 10, her parents became divorced.
Adolescence/Now: Around 10 her mother and father finally took her out of daycare, which had it's pros and cons to it. She had become very good with kids, and loved to play around with her little cousins. On the other hand, being in there for longer than most kids made her awkward around kids her own age. She had a hard time making friends in school, but that got easier the older she got and the more she'd observe others and how they acted. Now she is a sophmore in highschool and has come a long way. Her father eventually remarried and him and Velvet moved in with her new step mom, Glitty Glimmer. Velvet gets along with her just fine, though they are very different when it comes to how they look at certain things. Glimmer also had two kids; Ruff Tuff and Shaky Shine. Her and Ruff weren't very close at first and Ruff got on her nerves quite often. She did not have an siblings, and was an only child for so long that she didn't know how to deal with him, so she eventually started to hate him in a way. She evntually learned that brothers are supposed to get on your nerves, and she abapted once more. Shakey was much older than Velvet, which caused them to not be as close, but Velvet was always there when Shakey might have been having a bad day or had been broken up with, to give her a hug and whipe away her tears. At her mother's house she lives with her and her aunt, they all get along like friends. She can say how she feels there, not be judged or made fun of by sensitive topics that bug her, and talk how she wants too. They share a great relationship with each other.
Hopes for Future: She hopes to become a vet or social worker when she's older, and help animals or other ponies out all she can. She hopes somebody will be able to spend the rest oftheir life with her, and put up with her annoying ass. She hopes to fall in love and possibly have childern some day, she's always wanted a kid of her own. She hopes to have a place of her own and live the simplest of life as it can give her. She truly hopes that some friends she's lost will forgive her/come back someday, even though she doubts it. And finally she hopes to just die knowing she lived a good life, and was loved as best as she could've been.
