Description
I've wondered what Wendy the Whimsicott would look like in the Pokeopolis universe so here is a concept for her. There are a few things to be said about this concept:
- unlike the other females in Pokeopolis, Wendy isn't actually a superhero by choice. She only guides the superheroines into how to properly save the world. She's also the one responsible for most of their costumes.
- She's super smart and has a photographic memory to keep track of anything that happens around her
- She takes her job as a scientist VERY seriously
- she prefers to work exactly 6 hours a day. Any time she needs a vacation, she takes it at the most plausible time possible.
