Description My first submission since...last summer? Wow! This is one of the few paintings I managed to create during my busy miserable months of moving from my childhood home for unfortunate reasons. I guess it wasn't the home for me. I've always been looking for my perfect home, and I imagine my dream home to be someplace peaceful by the sea. This house is not necessarily by the sea but I wanted to paint a cute dreamy house anyways. I think the colors are slightly darker in person but I think this is good enough. I hope you guys like it! Here's proof I haven't died or given up on art. ;u;

I shoulda stuck some bunnies in there.

Made with watercolor paints and a white gel pen.

Aww, the roof looks like it's made of colorful candy.

Your use of watercolours is spectacular! I love the way you painted the roof and the bush, definitely very dreamy. Also, great use of negative space I would love to live in a house by the sea

Aww golly you really think so? ;O; I'm always worried that my watercolor paintings look terrible as I'm often still experimenting and learning by myself. With this I tried to connect the colors on the bush for example so it would look pretty and colorful ;u; Thank you so much for commenting!

Oh its okay! It deserved a comment! You're pretty nifty at your colours too!

Also, I don't know if you're interested but I'm trying to generate some interest for a "single feature" raffle, so you get a whole journal on my page featuring your artwork, and to get into the raffle you have to comment on one of the pieces of the artist, so it generates quite a bit of interest for the featured artist.

If you're interested or know someone who does could you take a look? I want to make it super wonderful, since so many people on deviantart are very rarely seen for their abilities ;A;

Raffle Features - Single person features!If you haven't seen, I am doing full page features through a raffle.
Current Raffle Piece ( check here for updated journal! )

You get one whole feature about you and your art! Not only that, but because of the way the features are structured, you will get lots of comments on one piece, too!
So, the rules are simple:
comment on the journal ( for my ease! ) and comment on the one deviation I give at the end of the feature.
Then, you get a raffle number! As the more features I do ( and hopefully ) the more numbers you get, which will be stored here! So if you don't win straight away, you'll get more and more opportunities.
Users so far apart of the raffle:
Silent-winterland - Raffle 11

DamaiMikaz - Raffle 10

The top link, is the current feature ( so to get involved, you have to comment on the piece I set the rules for! ) however, not only do you get the chance once, you can accumulate more raffle numbers if you enter more each feature, so the more you enter the better chance you get!

I dunno if you're interested, but I thought I should say anyways! :'3

Cotton you have such a wonderful style, very storybook! Fantastic use of colours and i love how you've done all the pretty colours blending into eachother. The little house is so sweet to! I also would love to live by the seaside, rather than a cluttered city i currently live in! <3

Aww thank you so much buddy! Blending the colors is always hard for me, watercolors can be so messy ;u; lol I'm glad you like this though! <33 And aww let's have our houses next to each other by the seaside and do crafts together!~~
