I truly enjoyed drawing this character! I had just finished watching the anime Casshern Sins with my boyfriend for a second time and I listened to the soundtrack all while drawing this. ;u;
The hair was tricky - I know it's supposed to be curly, but I think it turned out more wavy. ;___; I hope it looks ok! I had fun drawing it~
I don't often feel a connection with other people's characters, but the music helped me do just that. I kind of want to make my own fantasy character now!

Used some flowers/plants from a withering bouquet in the house~
Made with Prismacolor pencils and white gel pen on Strathmore toned tan paper~

Gosh, I've been having a horrible week and was struggling to get online for longer than a few minutes- but this absolutely made my week!! I absolutely love both versions, I was too crazy about it to even notice or mind the petal, haha. The hair's perfect! And I looooooove the texture on the horns. The flower crown is so so so pretty oh gosh. I love the leaves in gradient behind him, and all the beautiful flowers and leaves around- such a beautiful and wonderful and thoughtful idea! You captured an incredible faraway gaze that defines many aspects of his relationship, and this piece feels like it was done with such love and joy and I'm so full with fuzzy feelings and butterflies. Thank you so much for this!!! It's so, so incredible. <3
