Description
I've felt an urge to draw a tubby Osiris in ancient Egyptian clothes for some time now. ^_^ However, my light mahogany marker(The lighter tone in his skin) has been dying, and therefore I apologize for the streaky colouring job. I also screwed up during the inking a bit with his facial expression, didn't get the look I wanted. >_< Oh well, he's still cute.Related content

i love this picture so much, even though it's sort of old. he just .. looks.. so... soft. @_@ you can tell from your more recent pictures his facial features have definitely evolved, which is tres cool.

i was thinking more of his nose, actually. it's sort of on the larger side of things in this picture, but over time it's sort of shrunk. (he got a nose job! onoes!) but yesh. he is still very very pritty. <3

Oh, yeah. See, his entire face was actually a a HUGE inking accident in this pic. XD And I'm not just makign excuses. It actually was. I was considering not posting it, but I liked the look of his belly too much.

i think that's my favorite part of this picture, too. it's different from how you draw bellies now... maybe because it's resting on his thighs instead of fighting with gravity. (a fight we all know they will inevitably lose. XD)

He isn't really. I just named him after The actual Osiris, and based some of his physical characteristics after him.

Eeeh. He's even got a little Ankh around his neck. ^^ Egyptian princes were worshipped as gods...I guess Osirus is teh god of chubbiness. :3

XD The actual God of the namesake Osiris is the God of the Dead. ^^ I modeled his looks(in my manga.. before he got chubby) after his description in mythology texts.
