Wow. Any chance you have a larger version? I'd love to use this as a wallpaper on my 23-inch, 1920 x 1200 resolution monitor!

thanks buddy, but I am a bit of a perfectionist with my wolf prints. I wasnt 100% happy with the final image, and as such didnt want to make this one. (if you look very closely at the sky its not perfect, and I was dissapointed with the green tinge under the wolfs chin) looks ok this size but the imperfections would be noticable in larger format.

Thanks so much!
These were indeed taken with the 300mm tele. However, we got to meet the wolves as well (or rather, they come to meet you) you should never 'force' yourself on a wolf, by stroking their head or such like, as that is a sign that you are trying to dominate him/her, as such we all stood in a line holding our fists out, and if the wolf comes up and nuzzles your hand, that is him introducing himself.
It was a super experience, and once introductions were over, we got to tickle their tummies (providing they had accepted you of course!)
Thats what I liked about the place where these photos were taken, nothing is done for commercial purposes, its all done on the wolfs terms. They are not forced to do anything they dont want to.

Details, composure and a bag of chips, man. It's, for lack of a better word or words, unreal. Amazing stuff, but a tad bit dreary due to the weather.
