Man, i wish i had time to work on mine. I only have part of the helmet done. What plastic did you use for the face shield? Also, does it make a lot of noise?

It was hard finishing this thing... I missed Fanime and AX last year to finish. I honestly forgot what kind of plastic I used, but I got it from Plastic Depot in Burbank. I used the heat fumes from a stove to mold the plastic into the shape of the visor. The EL tape isn't very loud at all, like a faint hum. You wouldn't be able to sneak up on anybody in that costume. ;D
