Also be sure to check Fate/Stay Night from 2006 ( original anime that got entire franchise started and which animates different route than UBW ) and Heaven's Feel movie ( to be released this year ). Then watch Zero ( important to watch after these because it contains a LOt of spoilers for Fate, UBW and Heaven's Feel ) and after that you are free to peruse other great Fate anime that will get out this year and next: Apcorypha ( much better than FSN in my opinion ) and fate/Extra ( also very good storyline and characters ).
You can also watch Fate/Carnival Phanatism ( humorist series for veterans of the franchise ) and Kaleid/Illya ( alternate universe like Apocrypha and Extra ).
