Frank Miller is God.
His artwork is probably the greatest artistic influence on me ever. His writing style grabs me by the soul and just pulls me in.
Those Sin City books pretty much changed my life.

i also loved it. before seeing some stuff from Frank i was never a huge fan of comics. I'm still not a huge fan but heading this way ^^

Well comics are in two types:
-Kids (spiderman, superman, fantastic 4...) which are all the colourful ones with fancy outfits and stuff
-Adult (Sin City, 300, The Punisher, recent Batman) which is all much darker and more based in reality. The Punisher MAX (18+) series is phenomenal.
