Appearance and Personality: He is a blu soldier with the spoils of war hexed hat and demo grenades instead of soldier grenades. he is basically a soldier version of the original Dic Soupcan.

Powers and Abilities: Since This is a soldier version of Dic Soupcan, he has the same abilities/powers as the original, with one exception. Painis Soupcan can never get drunk, so that cancels the vomit ability and the bottle toss (replaced with shovel toss) and the vomit was replaced with super scream/shout (not necessarily ear rape). his special ability is calling his best friend/mate, Dic cupcake, a demo version of panis cupcake. Faults and Weaknesses: Again, if he has the same powers as the original, he has the same weaknesses. however, two of the weaknesses is getting drunk, so there is only 1 weakness. his most powerful attack is straightforward so it is easy to dodge, yet extremely hard to block/reflect.
