ah Dallas nice - I live in Houston
bluebonnets should be out in another week drove to san marcos last weekend and they are popping out all over the place - love going to Brenham to see them ...are there a lot around Dallas ??

They're out well now. I think they'll be a little taller and brighter in the next week as well. There are so many along our highways here. I think it's one of those "community service" projects.

Well, currently I live in Southern California. It's beautiful here but it's not home. I was in Houston in January and the weather was PERFECT. I hope it's as good when I return next month! Keep your fingers crossed

Gotta love those commercials. I always thought the beef council should do a layout with chickens spelling "Eat more beef" in chicken feed. Thanks for the compliment.

Yes...really! Just a smart remark about stereotypes. People think of Texas this way. Truth be told, it's really quite urban. We have three of the largest cities in our state.
