This is creepy and unnerving - I LOVE it! It's a sort of blunt illustration of the kind of pain many people feel - not necessarily the actual act (although maybe) but just the feelings of wanting to end it all are answered in this. I love it!

Bards-Tale has no idea what it is he/she (they) are talking about. I love it, I mean yes the subject is scarey but it's there, and it could be a metaphor I mean, I'll leave that up to the artist but have an open mind. I love it. And, Im not the only one. Keep up the great work!

It is definitely a disturbing piece...especially for someone who once harbored such an inclination. Thankfully, it only lasted for a short time and I, for one, am very happy to be gay.

Tell me about it. Of course, in my case, there were extenuating circumstances...such as being married with two kids. Guilt is a terrible thing to live with. I highly recommend the various gay hotlines that are out there. I spent a couple of hours talking to this lesbian on the hotline when I was at my lowest point. It was amazing how much better I felt about myself afterwards. Being able to talk to someone does help.

This is a very absorbing piece. Beautifully put together and striking.
But what caught me the most, perhaps strangely, is the look in his eye. I don't know what it is about it but I found it actually quite upsetting (not in a negative way, of course). That small area of the creation just seems so charged with silent emotion.
Wonderful.

I've never understood why just because someone disagrees, they feel the compulsion to flame and act like a troll... Especially on someone's piece... Fun with emoticions... I wonder how they're enjoying this one:
Any case on to the important part, the piece... I think it's awesome, you've gotten better and better with every piece. Can't wait to see what you have in store.
There are so many interpretations one could draw from this piece. The smile is the shining touch on the piece. Secondly is that creepy, far off look in his eyes...
People can say what they will, but this is what I see: I see a man who has made a terrible and irrepairable decision, and death has frozen upon his face a smile as he stares back through a life that wasn't as bad or regrettful as he unfortunately saw. There is a silver lining here. It is a brilliantly simple, and raw, and conterverisal way of stating "You don't know what you have until it's gone." That's what I take from it. similar to what Maenad said, art doesn't have to be puppies and butterflies. Art is a powerful means to express and deal with pleasant and diffilcult issues. Whether it was only you venting, or there was a deeper meaning, it is a gorgeuous piece, and shame on our newly banned fellow deviant who couldn't take a moment past their childish bias to see the possiblilities in the depths of this piece. It's their loss really.
And your work showcases an amazing talent. Great job!

very well done. art is meant to evoke emotions, and not always of the soft and fluffy kind. it is a disturbing piece, and i can appreciate the feelings i get from looking at this. i know what it means to be suicidal, because i too was at that point in various times of my life. i also lost a good friend to suicide...i think it's better to tackle the issue head on in any channel you find comfortable, rather than run away from it...excellent work!
