Since seems to have died, I've decided to move Tracy to a new group that's starting up called . Hopefully she will adjust to wearing a uniform.

Tracy is extremely bright for her age and is quite out spoken. She has an extensive knowledge of computers and multi-media, and spend most of her spare time either on her laptop or playing a video game. She isn't afraid of getting physical however, and enjoys spending time playing sports, with her favourite being soccer.
Generally she's fairly amiable, but she isn't afraid to speak her mind or call some one out on their bluff. She is also prone to being cheeky and sarcastic when she's bored. Tracy can also be quite bull headed when it comes to problems; she will not let it go until she conquered it, even if it takes her hours.
Due to the poor treatment her sister had before leaving home, as well as her own goth/punk style view, Tracy is more then ready to be stand up for herself and others.
History:
Tracy was born and spent most of her younger years in the small town of Greenfield with her older sister and parents. Most of her child hood was spent playing with her older sibling, who she looked up to greatly for her loving and individualistic view on life, and her loving parents. Unfortunately, this peaceful family life was shattered when her family was involved in a severe car accident. This accident left all of her family with scars, and badly damaged the mental health of her older sister. This culminated in her sister needing to be admitted to a mental hospital, forcing the sisters a part for the space of about eight years. Through out this time, her parents were incredibly supportive, encouraging her love of computers and digital media.
After her sister's return, Tracy was able to enjoy her company again. However, rumors and mistreatment in the town lead to her sister moving away to a new town to start a new life. Angry at what cause her beloved sister to leave, Tracy wound up adopting a rebellious goth/punk style. This decision continued even after she and her parents decided to move to a new town, although her became a lot more cheerful and a little cheeky. After settling in, Tracy's parents felt it would do their youngest daughter some good to socialize more and make some friends with Pokémon her own age, as well as see a bit more of the world, which lead to her being enrolled in an acclaimed academy.

• Dark Pulse (Sketch) - The user releases a horrible aura imbued with dark thoughts. It may also make the target flinch.
• Flash Cannon (Sketch) - The user gathers all its light energy and releases it at once. It may also lower the target's Sp. Def stat.
• Roost (Sketch) - Restores the user's HP. But if the move is used by a Flying-type Pokémon, it also loses its Flying-type designation until the next turn.

• Five of her front teeth are false. She lost them in the car accident.
• Tracy carries her custom laptop and tablet with her at all times. She also is never without her smart phone, camera and portable handheld.
• She carries so much stuff with her, her book bag can double as a makeshift weapon.
• She's very talented with computers and programming. She can also bore you to damn tears with this info.
• If you pay her an eclair or pastry when she's hungry, she will be your best friend.
• She's a major fan-girl of giant robot/monsters cartoons, figurines and models. She has an extensive collection of them, and has no plans on stopping.
• Seriously she absolutely loves them.
• Tracy isn't fond of the fact she's short(ish); hence why she wears platform boots.
