Oh this is so cute! I love the colours you used for this, I think you did a great job of sticking with Laipis' colour pallet but adding pinks and peaches really helps creating a happy bubbly feeling for the piece as a whole. I'm curious as to how you did the lighting for her wings? You have lovely cell shading but the wings have a very soft glow at the tips which I love the contrast of! I feel that helps show the wings as liquid while Lapis herself is solid.

I started with a flat blue fill, then I put a dark blue gradient on the inner tops of the wings and a gold gradient over the outer tips of the wings. After that I used feathered selections to put some transparency to them, and the gold lights in the corners are just more gradients
