Hitting a Vein is a side part (sort of a blooper!) in the Injection Series-Part of my Transition project. As a female to male transsexual I inject testosterone bi-monthly. When aspirating I hit a vein for the first time. If you look closely you can see tiny spots of red blood in the vial surrounded by the golden testosterone. I re-tried the injection on the same side of my buttocks, only to hit vein again. I inserted the needle for a third time (on the left side this time) and I finally found a vein-less spot.Related content

Anything from just feeling sick, to like death I think. At the very least it'll go through your bloodstream and so won't be properly absorbed by the body which means the T levels will go down.

presumably it is an intramuscular injection rather than an intravenous one, ie hitting a vein and injecting directly into the bloodstream will a) not do any good and / or b) do something quite bad. drugs are designed to work the way they work - if it's not an IV drug, dont put it in your veins
