I had to go to a therapist for a minimum of three months and then she had to write a letter stating I knew what I was doing, then I had to get some blood tests, and finally I was prescribed the T. Its a long process but quite worth it.

I'm not sure about a legal age. I think it might depend on where you live. Or at least get parental permission.
