”Sorry, Djinni,” says Ms. Amazing, “they asked me to distract you. It was nice, though!”

Crimson Enchantress, speaking on behalf of the group of miffed heroines, took over.

"Djinni love, we, your crime fighting sisters, need to talk to you. Though we haven't known you for long, we care about you. We care enough to say ...you have a problem."

Djinni gulped. "Problem? Is it- Have I not been paying union dues or - or have there been meetings I've missed? I'm not really sure how these team-ups work."

"No, duckie, none of that."

"This is about all the kissing!" Starslip interjected.

"And the groping," a bemused Viona added.

Laser Lass, flustered and blushing, chimed in, "And the - the- well, the confusing feels!"

"Oh," Djinni replied, her brow wrinkling with shame.

"Look," Aura, the Crimson Enchantress, continued in her soothing British tones, "we aren't here to make you feel bad and, truly, I think we're all flattered by your attentions-"

"And it's not like you're doing anything we haven't done," Duster said, almost laughing, "I mean, in and out of 'canon' every single one of us has gotten up to some, eh, very naughty business. With good guys and bad guys - good girls and bad girls..."

"Except maybe Laser Lass," Sky-Belle said, hoping she was being helpful, "I mean, she's the only one of us that's one hundred-percent straight."

"Well, I- I've had some weird feelings looking at Fantasma's butt ... every now and then...," Laser Lass corrected very quietly.

"That doesn't mean you're 'bi'," Nightfall snorted, "it just means you're human!"

Aura got them back on track, "That being said, Djinni, you clearly have a problem with impulse control. We're always happy to see you, but maybe not always ready for a, eh, physical display of affection. Going forward, let 'consent' be your watchword. Perhaps ask first before immediately going in for a snog?"

"I-," Djinni started, stopped, nodded, started again, "I'm sorry if I made anybody uncomfortable. I just love everyone of you so much and look up to you. I'll do better, I promise!"

"We know you will, Djinni," Sky-Belle confirmed with a sweet, supportive smile.

"Great! Glad we got all this talked out," Duster said, clapping her gloved hands together. "Now, who's up for a visit to the nude beach?"

"SquEEEEEE!" Ms. Amazing responded at a deafening pitch.

Ahh, and there's the capper to Djinni's kissing (and groping) rampage and my deep dive into recreating the OCs of the many talented comics creators I've followed here on DA! I thank each and every one of them for being so generous with their creations and for welcoming Djinni into their collective world!
