Also, if you were going for Sabrina fully, her hair needs to be dark green not blue. That's the only mistake you've made on the pic is all.

Naruto could of came to Kanto and met Sabrina before stirring up trouble and she wants to pay him back for it by disguising herself as him and getting into Konoha. That or Naruto meets Sabrina, she falls in love with him once he cracks her whole emo shell. She disguises herself as him to find him. Those are a few possibilities.

I'm often rather full of good ideas. A good pairing would be like Naruto with Misty or Sabrina. Misty because she's of water heritage like Naruto is while with Sabrina, he can break her out of her shell. That or pairing Naruto with both Sabrina and Misty. Hey that's an interesting picture I'd like to see. Naruto with Misty on one arm and Sabrina on the other. Naruto would be able to relate to Misty because of her title as the Tomboyish Mermaid while with Sabrina, he would be able to get her to open up. Two awesome pairings or one hell of a threesome pairing. It's a rather good idea on how you look at it.
