Description
Here's my Halloween costume! The two shirts are from my mother's closet, and so is the skirt(which is reversible, and bunched up to give it more volume). The belt is from an old winter coat that I outgrew. The tights are from the roller derby store, and so are the gloves which are actually modified socks. The neck piece and tops of the gloves are just red, black, and white fabric that I cut up and glued together with fabric tape(somewhat sloppily). The hat was bought off line, but I cut off the retarded bells and stuck on some bone skull beads(ironically from the harlequin bead store) with wire.

I'm also wearing some bad-ass vintage shoes in this picture, though I didn't go trick or treating in them since they're really nice and suede. Plus they're hell'a uncomfortable. [link]

Speaking of which, I took Danielle and Madeleine trick or treating! Madeleine was wearing a purple vampire dress with a fluffy scarf and looked almost like a fashion model. Her little sister Danielle was Indiana Jones. How cool is that!? She even had the rugged manly beard, put on with Madeleine's help and a brown marker. No whip though, they were sold out.

Their pumpkins were equally awesome. I refused to let them use pre-made templates, so we made are own. Madeleine made a werewolf face(though it wasn't quite finished) and Danielle's was, of all things, a banana.
