I have been enamored of this position since I was a kid and saw a wrestler on TV place his opponent in it and tie him up. The wrestling match and the tie up were obviously fake, but it made such an impression on me that I became determined to be able to twist myself into the position. I learned that it is an advanced yoga pose and has a name, which I wonβt bore anyone with here. After years of practice I could finally get my body into the pose. I made a few amateurish attempts to tie myself in the position, but I was afraid to complete the act for fear I wouldnβt be able to free myself. Surprisingly, the pose is extremely comfortable and restful after one has mastered it. Iβve slept in the position on more than one occasion.
