It's been a long time since I've drawn Palutena. I really should do her more (I'm pretty sure she's my favorite female character). I decided in advance to draw her in a lingerie, but I found out after production started that I didn't rightfully know how to make a lingerie. Two minutes of very awkward research fixed that... Anyway, this is what I came up with. Why is she wearing a lingerie? Well, maybe she wanted to make a nice surprise for Pit before she got ambushed. I'm not a shipping person but I really think Pit and Palutena would make a nice couple (that's beside the point, though). I expect this is what Palutena would look like by the time Pit finds her: A little exhausted and relieved without being embarrassed.

I'm taking a liking to ungagged characters--I think that's apparent in my last few pictures. After drawing so many gags it gets tiring after a while, and if a gag isn't completely necessary it doesn't hurt to leave a pretty face unblocked every now and again. However, I figured by now some of you are probably getting tired of my ungagged drawings, so I included a link to a tape gagged variant. Usually tape gags and chair ties are things I loathe to draw on account of both of them being uninteresting and overdone, but Palutena pulled them off great and I'm happy with my choices.
