SX-70 and Time-Zero, expired in 2001This has quickly become another of my very favorite Polaroids. I put the old mailbox for our house to good use since it's just laying on the ground on the side of the house. Add a small antique bottle that once held medicine or perfume or heaven only knows what, some evening sunlight, Time-Zero film, and a girl with a camera (who has no thought for composition or anything) and this is what results. I love it though.

Doesn't it? I was like "last shot, last shot, what will I do with the last shot?" and I happened to wandering around the yard at the time and I saw the mailbox and well, the lightbulb came on.
Try Ebay except the prices can get outrageous. I have one more pack and then I'm out of TZ too. I already want more - lots more.

ahh, I love all those....I found some time zero) expired in 1999 on ebay...but I haven't got it yet...I'm very curious how the pictures will turn out

me too! i can't wait to see what you'll do with it! i've got a second pack of time-zero from 1998 that i haven't shot yet. trying to decide if i'll go through the 779 from 2002 or one of the two 600 b/w's from 2003 that i have before i shoot the final time-zero pack i have.

ahh, all those precious films....each photo will be a treasure....I'm learning to be careful with choosing the subject etc....very unlike with my digital camera (60 shots or more and you are keeping the best 4 or 5...)

yes I can relate....I use my digital only for shooting photos of my paintings, cause they have to be very accurate....

makes sense. digital to me just seems so... easy? to like delete and not care about what you're taking because you can delete it and do it over again. with polaroids, you can't delete them and so, they're more precious to you and you learn not to waste them.

exactly...well, I like learning...there were times when I wanted to study photography but never did...taking a photo is more valuable with polaroids...additionally every photo exists only one time, like a painting...that's why I got finally hooked on shooting polaroid photos

Learning can be nice. I'm taking some photography classes but they're not all that they're cracked up to be either. I agree with you on the "every photo exists only one time, like a painting" and like that aspect of the Polaroids, plus the whole instant thing and watching the image develop - you don't get that or the funky weird stuff in digital files.
