Description
I meant Happy Cirno Day (it's a real holiday, google it).

I was originally planning on doing a more normal anatomically correct version, but either because I haven't practiced doing it, or because it's the first cleaned and colored drawing I've done in almost a year, it wasn't coming out the way I wanted, and I decided to go the deformed chibi style (which I feel works fine for a fairy), in hope I'd get it done on time.

I was also trying some different things in the making of it (most notably how I use lighting), which hopefully would end up being useful in later drawings.

Cirno and Touhou characters belong to ZUN.
