I really feel like you captured the sunset almost perfectly. The clouds are breath taking and remind me of many sunsets I would watch before night came. This picture inspires such nostalgia thank you, they're some of my best memories. This picture would be great for printing and hanging on the wall

The colours worked out absolutely well! You used quite similar ones, but hinted some blueish stuff on the sky, but very very discret
I also like the way you managed the texture on her dress, and her skin (her arm)
Also the whole composition works out well.
I was wondering, if I would appreciate more details, but I think, this picture works really well in the whole. Maybe the clouds right above her head are too detailed - I don't know

Since I don't really know what you wanted, it is very difficult to say where you might have failed. Looks very good to me in general. Maybe the round undersides of the clouds are a little small (or in other words, the frequency of clouds maybe a bit high), but otherwise, where would the failure be?
