Description Finished up the Master Ball and Great ball. I used a larger hook for them, so they are a bit bigger than the other 2. Debating whether or not I want to make an Ultra ball, too, but I think I'm all pokeball'd out for now hehe... Hope you enjoy!

and maybe a pokemon or two? someone was doing a trade with me and it was like half a year and they still hadn't mailed me the crocheted pokeballs and pokemon, so they got three hats for free :< they ended up paying the difference but yeah...

I really love this idea! How long would we both have to complete these? I do love the idea, but if we have to finish in a couple weeks I'm not sure if I can do it >.<. Just note me with more information. This sounds so fun, and I love your gallery!

well considering that i had to wait forever for that person to compensate me for the hats (the stuff they were doing were going to be christmas gifts and they just paid me in cash last month) I would prefer if you sent me the items first. It is just my policy considering so many people not actually doing their end of the trade, so its a huge waste of time for me to make hats that I don't get some sort of payment for. and maybe we could try to both be done by christmas? that way I can have the gifts this time. the pokemon I would like and patterns to use would be:
pikachu: [link]
lugia: [link]
Hoothoot: [link]
drifloon: [link]
OH MY GOD I NEVER NOTICED SPHEAL BEFORE: [link]
i also like this sunkern: [link]
and possibly a raichu [link]
as for the pokeballs, this pattern helped the other person (she hadn't seen it before) [link]
I would like: net ball, love ball, pokeball (do you think you could make a vertical 6-pokeball chain?) and i think that's all I'd want =3

lets see, for about the same amount of stuff (slightly less) i did about $30 worth of hats for this person (pokeball hats are $10, and they got 3 of them) so let me know what you might like, I would be willing to make $60 worth of hats (up to 4 hats, depending on difficulty) let me know what you think! I would also be willing to make a plushie instead of about 2 hats

Ah, ok.

I'm so sorry but I think I may charge a lot more for my amigurumi than the last person you did a trade with ehehe >.<. My pokeballs are $10 each and for something the size of a Pikachu I would price it around $25. This is about average pricing for amigurumi. I'm really sorry for all this, but detailed amigurumi like those take a lot of time >.<.

I'd still love to do a trade with you, if you'd really like. We'd just have to look things over a bit more.

maybe I could trade you some plush then? My plush are higher priced than my hats. what I would like would be the 6 pokeball vertical chain, net ball, hoothoot, pikachu and maybe drifloon. would you possibly be interested in a luvdisc plush? someone had me make one especially for them (to trade for a ho-oh pokedoll) then they told me that it didn't meet their expectations :\ [link] I would be willing to trade that plush and a hat maybe, if your up for that.

Would the vertical chain be regular sized pokeballs? Or small ones on a belt? If it's regular sized pokeballs plus the others you want I would be making $135 worth of amigurumi(poke/net balls would be $10 each, pikachu-$25 and drifloon and hoothoot would be $20). If it's a smaller pokeball chain like a belt then I would be making $100 worth of amigurumi(Small pokeball chain would be $15). I'm so sorry >.< I know some people may price a tad bit lower than I do, but this is personally the fairest price to me.

If you'd be will to work around my prices I would love a larger than life plush like the drifloon. Maybe a snorlax instead? That and a Haunter hat. I don't mind just these 2 for your requests. They would make awesome presents for 2 people in my life. ^^

Again, just let me know.

btw idk if i mentioned before but i would be willing for the pokeballs to be smaller than normal, but the net ball would be preferable as regular size.

i dont think people realize how BIG that frickin drifloon is, i can't wrap my arms around it. its SUPER HEAVY and it would probably cost me over $50 in shipping to send. probably around $70. as far as cost goes it really isn't an option for me. also i dont know what I have listed as the price for that but if i ever did a commission for one, I would probably do it for about $70 and the shipping would probably equal that. if you would like a medium floon, say about half that size (which is still a very large plush, i mean the larger than life one is frickin HUMONGOUS) then that and a hat would be acceptable. I could try my hand at a snorlax plush if you want, but you have to keep in mind I haven't ever made one before and it might not be perfect since I make the patterns myself. I consider myself lucky so far as far as the quality of my artwork has gone. also I lost some of the patterns for the haunter hat, so parts of it may look slightly different but I always use tons of references so it will look like haunter

About how large would the snorlax be?

Jacqueline-Victoria In reply to craftyhanako [2012-06-28 03:36:43 +0000 UTC]

probably about the same size as half as big as the drifloon

ok, how about you make me 3 hats and a medium sized snorlax, and I will make you hoothoot, drifloon, pikachu, net ball, and 6 pokeballs with the chain. I think this is the best I can do. Crocheting amigurumi, at least for me, takes a lot of time. Sorry, I would just like this to be as fair as possible for both sides ^^
