Decided to finally weigh in in this ai art topic. Been seeing people compare the advent of ai art to the transition of traditional art to digital… seriously, that is crazy. For someone that draws both digital and traditional- digital art doesn’t provide me the ability to draw if i don’t already have the skill set, meanwhile ai art is literally sampling the work of actual artists who are not being compensated for the work whilst the companies who make the ai are profiting from this. At the end of the day everyone is free to make their own choice in this, but from a moral standpoint I think I’m going to have to sit on the anti ai side.
