An icon request for ~emier . :D I'm not sure if I'll take requests from anyone though, just my friends. Who are in need of one. (which was the case here)

So uh, it's kinda semi-retarded looking. Sorry about that. :c I was pretty pleased with the sketch, but pixeling is always another matter xD I think the end result is okay though...and no one can resist the cutesy animation of little-to-no effort 0:

Otters should need a license to be that cute.
