I was going to call the game "Skyward Suicide," but I felt the need to keep "sword" in the title.
It's a little reference to what can happen while playing the game, Link can try to commit suicide when the Wii Motion + fucks up. This also renders him incapable of aiming and fighting.
Link had an unhealthy fixation with jumping in every pit, lava pool, and quicksand trap during my first and only full run of the game.

I don't really care for Skyward Sword's storyline or art design. I do like the music tho

The only parts I find redeemable are the Beetle item and the Boss Fights with Koloktos and Tentalus.

TLDR Version: I've played better games on the Wii, even on the GCN.
I don't like the central Protagonist, and the game has... issues with its quest-structure... The game is good... But I think Last Story is the best game we got from Operation Rainfall. Not interested in Pandora's Tower at all, either.
