Description
Lord Pendrake is my Broadsword scrapper from City of Heroes. He carries a sword forged from the shards of Caliburn, which was the sworld in the stone that was broken by King Arthur in combat and replaced by Excaliber. It, with the Axe of Sir Bors, and the Amulet of Merlin were given to Lord Pendrake by the Lady of the Lake.

I really wanted a character like the Black Knight from Marvel Comics but didn't want another "King Arthur reborn" knock-off.

There was a lot of detail in his boots and gloves, and it was fun to draw.
