You will not believe how long it took me to finish just those patches of grass on the SIDES... Over 3 hours! OVER. I am EXHAUSTED... Anyways, this is probably the largest picture I've worked on recently based on the ACTUAL size. And it murdered me... But I love the outcome. I'm very proud of myself right now, but I'm also going to go sleep for 65 million years. Comments welcome, critiques requested!Sonic the Hedgehog belongs to Sonic Team/SEGA

I have the worlds worst time with backgrounds half the time
Like real BGs and not just
a color
cause I do the whole 'pick a color for the BG' kind of thing... I'm not big on spending 3 bajillion years on a detailed background

For me it just really depends on what I'm putting in the background. I've been trying to practice backgrounds but a lot of times it just doesn't work out.

Oh yeah, that. I'll be honest with ya, it took three hours just to get the pose right. And a few refs. xD
But I can't do awesome backgrounds, clouds, grass, and other stuff in a background like you can!
