If shes 9 and hes an adult yes. That is a problem. 1, sexual relations with a 9 year old are wrong and can mess them up mentally but it would also hurt her physically. Shes small. Dont get me wrong, the pictures cute, but theres a difference between a cute piece of art and pedophilia

yes, but I looks like you have a wrong idea about pedophilia and minors having sexual relationships. obviously a child may not be physically able to do things that  teens and adults can, but that doesn´t mean that they are completely unable to practice most of sexual practises. about the messed minds that happens only if the person (child, teen, adult, etc) is raped or manipulated without having a correct education in the matter that would allow them to be able to understand their bodies and the act of having sex with and without love, age doesn´t have anything to do with this. most of children that age should not have sex not because of morals of society, but just because most people are not educated about sex at that age.

The problem is children dont understand.
They're children, neither their bodies nor minds have developed enough to make a conscious, responsible decision. If a child consented to have sexual relations with an adult, they're more then likely just doing it to make the adult happy, they dont really know what they're doing. When you hit your teen years the line becomes blurred a little il admit, because by then your body and mind are developing or mostly developed and you can make a responsible decision.
If I wanted to make an adult happy at 9, and did that. I have no doubt in my mind it would mess me up. 9 isn't an appropriate age to be considering things like sex and love. Its when you go and play and have fun. Its way to early to be even considered acceptable, at least in my eyes.

the thing is that a child should not have sex with an adult or another child just because his her partner wants to, but also because he or she wants too. but you can not want to do something you don´t know anything about. if when I was a child there had not been girls nor women and I didn´t have tv to know how they looked like without clothes then I wouldn´t want to have sex. from 8 and above the age is not the real matter but the education. the desire and predisposition to desire to do things to other person is there since when we are kids
