Description
I built a custom snack-bar on wheels for our kitchen, and we thought it was a bit too plain...so I immortalized some of our cats on the base. =] Acrylic paints, working from photographs (just try getting a cat to hold still when you want it to!) covered with a sheet of plexiglass to keep it from damage. They're mostly life-sized; the middle white-gray one is actually a tad too large, height-wise (she's actually gotten rounder since then!).

I also painted more cats on the kitchen soffitt; have to take pictures of those yet. I've gotten fond of painting on the walls and furniture, guess Mom didn't let me do it enough as a toddler!
