this is all of Tyshea's super cool characters for her up and coming comic.
lately ive been taken by the story cuz its sooooo cool and i guess i could relate to it in a way. (just without the supernatural beings.
) Ren's my favorite

i did the pencil art in about 1.5 hours
the inking was done with a G2 gel pen, and a black Prisma color marker.
that took about 1 hour.

Pretty good ink work. It's a little smudgy, but that's probably from DA blowing it up a little too big (am I right?) it does this to some of my stuff sometimes.... But if you are looking for critiques, you DO need to work a little on hair detail (make your lines flow with the shape of the hair, usually no lines inside or many, not just a few, unless you want loose strands of hair), and some of your inking lines cross eachother. I'm not sure if that was intentional, but these can be touched up by hand using white out or a white gel pen, or in a photo-editing program (such as photoshop

Dude, cool. Love the inking and lines! I also dig the crosshatch kind of shading.

My only problem is the bottom and top noses. The top one is too dark, adn the bottom one is a little too thin and short, without change in line size. Other than that it's awesome.

The eyes methinks. For whatever reason, the eyes you drew are much more mellowed out.
It's not a bad thing. Unless Ren isn't supposed to look not-so-scary.
