First off, *disclaimer* keep the environment clean people, best you can, don't intentionally cause harm with oil or other toxic substances for art.
With that a side, I created this like Crazy Tides and made it with paint and water. Looking closely I though it look like oil floating on water. Thus the title. It's funny the more you look at your art the more it speaks to you.
