I really like this piece, it reminds me of some futuristic world where androids are a part of the society, and this would be like a poster you'd see on the streets. Kind of gives me the 1984 vibes, and I really love it!  
The iris of the eye looks like it's made of glass due to sharp edges of the reflections, and the shading inside it follows nicely to give an illusion it is spherical. Also like the texture of the skin, feels very realistic!

However, the eyelids, lashes, and the sclera of the eye seem like they're done in a completely different style. Anime style, namely. Which isn't bad, but in this picture it kinda clashes too much with the rest. The white wouldn't just fade out, but is tucked inside the socket, so you would see the dark edge all around it, and the tearduct is needed on the inner side. I believe that's why anime style doesn't fit with the realism of the skin. 
Now, eyelashes. They don't just shoot upwards from the eye. But actually curve out, and they would slightly overlap with the eye in a drawing that looks straight at the viewer. This can be tricky to draw well at first, but if you look up photos of close ups on the real eyes, you can see how the bottom of the curve would shade over the end of the eyelid, which is like skin in colour, not black. That's why I think before one starts stylising their work, they should learn the realistic portrayal of things they want to draw. I'm speaking from personal experience. If you don't do this, and don't use references, you'll keep getting troubled by certain details, like specifically the position and the curvature of the lashes here. 
Another thing I'd mention, though that is just my personal opinion, is that the gear iris could use some light shading around it, just to indicate it's on the spherical shape of the eye, and not stuck between the lids above it. 

I hope my critique helps you, and that you don't take it as me just wanting to put you down. >.< So just keep drawing, and have fun while you do it, the improvement will come!
