What'd be hilarious is if his best bro got hit by that lovely little spell for some reason or another. Especially if the mental changes only half-took or something. So like, s/he remembers being male and still mostly thinks like s/he always did... But is suddenly a-okay with being a girl now and hey Michael was always cool I wonder what he'd be like to date, etc. etc.
