With most of the control back we find our main character is merely having to deal with being a breeder with two children and one on the wayBut why is sis really visiting?

It could be that sis doesn't realize she still has an affect on her brother, one that increases his fertility as a female. The visit just happened to be at the wrong time, birth control wise.
Auntie may like visiting her nieces, especially since the oldest one can talk. (I'm assuming that the baby, wearing pink, is also female.)

So... that's some revealing end. I sense he's got pissed of being a full-time mother, although a rich one, and he's got some grudge, surely.
It screams "sequel!" all over it. Or maybe, it's just my imagination. It happens...

It can't be much of a rivalry, the unshown sister has won hands down.
Either way, I think it's a good end. I don't know if this scenario could really be played out all that well for much longer. It'd just be rehashing the same thing.

Not for MUCH longer, but one or two more would not hurt. Remember, we've not even *seen* the sister yet, and we have hardly any idea about her motivations. I want to at least see the sister. I'd like the Brother (Brother and Sister is essentially their name for now) to remain with free will, but I could definitely see maybe one or two changes to him, but if there is I'd like to see the Sister get some comeuppance OR repentance (might be nicer to see the Brother and Sister come to terms).
Frankly I'm more interested in seeing this fully completed, with the sister and some kind of true end (it's not an end in my book to leave us hanging with "No, my sisters coming!".
I want to see the "spin-off" like Mario, but unlike Mario I'd rather see this come to it's natural end.

There's not really any more of a natural progression to be shown, I don't see any real need to see the sister, and the brother really has no means to give her comeuppance (hence the statement that there's not really much of a rivalry). I don't see any other image really adding anything, just plugging the awkward person into a scenario that is similar.
Hence, why I don't think a spinoff would add anything. There's not really much of a story to continue or cut away from.
Although, I may have missed an announcement there, since he seems quite certain CCP is working on one, even going so far as to say that he is to another person.

*shrug* It's all about completeness, tying up loose ends (the statement in the last one is pretty much a loose end as far as I see it). Once you accept that magic is possible comeuppance is pretty damn easy to write into a story like this if you want to (seriously, I can think of a ton of ways which don't break any established continuity). I also said there's the possibility of repentance, which puts a whole different spin on a continuation. The Sister saying "Hey, look, I realise I went over the top... can we make up?" or something along those lines. It might not involve any magical tomfoolery (though I'd love to see some more), but it would involve character development, which is in itself very cool (you might disagree, as is your right, but that's a subjective matter for each individual. A matter of some of us seeing something we want and others not. No side is *wrong* for that).
Same with the "spin-off", that would be almost PURELY for character development purposes. To soothe our minds about the mental situation of the Brother with regard his/her husband. I'd definitely like to see that moment even if you wouldn't.
...and no, I don't think CCP has said anything definite on any of the above. He's definitely left it open (the question mark in the title makes that obvious) and I feel he's testing the water to see if there's any demand, and I think there is (definitely from me, I love the series and want to see it fleshed out, and I don't think "fleshed out" means it has to be a continued theme of the Sister making the Brother's life harder and harder, the least bit of imagination gives a thousand avenues for it to take). So yeah... I really really want to see more of it, if only so I can finally see this ominous Sister (and if that's not important to you, fine, it's more important to me).

Hey, we're all allowed our differing opinions. It'd be boring if we all thought the same. No harm in it, I just don't see those as making terribly interesting illustrations.
I realize it was left open, it was mostly just a comment on Mario pretty much stating what CCP was doing next, which was more or less his exact preferences for a spinoff. I hadn't seen a comment by CCP indicating that that's what he was doing, so I found it a little odd that Mario was stating what he was doing.

Fair enough. I think CCP said something somewhere that he liked the idea of a spin-off (and Mario's big on the idea because he thinks the series looks a bit too negative for the poor Brother, which I think is a good point). Though having said that CCP has a million and one things he could be doing right now, so that does not say much.

possibly. But CCP could continue the series a bit longer. For now, I think he is busy with a spin-off series of sibling Rivalry that takes place between Parts 3 and 4 with the wedding Repception, Honeymoon, marriage begginnings and the birth of their first child with the married couple. And maybe a better background of the other characters involved with the story.
But I think the mother who was a man is happy with her good husband and children and loves both of them. She is just not happy with her sister coming over.
